May Dell Olson, 85, of Texarkana, TX died Saturday Febuary 5, 2011 at her home. She was born on December 26, 1925 in Redwater, TX. Mrs. Olson was a Baptist and homemaker.
Mrs. Olson was preceded in death by a son Peter Olson.
Survivors include her husband Hugh Olson, Jr.;four sons James Mangum, Sidney Mangum, Danny Olson, and Hugh Olson III ; three daughters Patricia Pirtle, Vickie Stewart, and Sheri Sullivan; two sisters Pearl Alexander and Grace Madison. 26 grandchildren, a number of great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and a number of neices and nephews.
Service will 2pm Tuesday Febuary 8, 2011 at East Memorial Chapel-Downtown with Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8pm Monday Febuary 7, 2011 at east Funeral Home-Downtown.
