DEGRAFF - Mrs. Burrette H. (Bonnie E.) Glassford, 71, died at 5:45 a.m. Monday in Mary Rutan Hospital where she had been a patient since May 18.
She was born Aug. 20, 1894, in Lewistown, the daughter of Robert P. and Margaret (Garling) Wren. She was twice married, first to Roy Cummins, who preceded her in death, then to Mr. Glassford, Sept. 7, 1922, and he died Dec. 20, 1955. She was a member of the Lewistown Methodist Church.
Surviving are three sons, R. Emerson Cummins, Glenmoore, Pa., Gene Glassford, Lewistown, and Glenn Glassford, DeGraff; six grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Edna Shultz, Lewistown, Mrs. Marion (Iva) Knight, Tampa, Fla., Mrs. Wilden (Clara) Moore, Girard, and Mrs. Russell (Florence) Sanders, Lake Worth, Fla., and a brother, Wilbur Wren, of Huntsville. A son, a sister and two brothers are deceased.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Van Horn Funeral Home in Lakeview, Rev. L. L. Sharrock officiating. Burial will be in Plum Cemetery near Lewistown.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. today.
