Ruby Carolyn Brancheau September 26, 1933 - August 7, Our beloved Ruby Carolyn Brancheau, 70, of Jacksonville went to be with our Lord on August 7, 2004. Carolyn retired from the City of Jacksonville after 18 years of service. She has been a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority for over 35 years. She is leaving many sisters who loved her dearly. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Raymond Harney, her mother and step-father, Quinton and Vera DeClerk. She is survived by 2 sons, Tom and wife Cheryl Brancheau; Paul Brancheau; a daughter and her husband, Debbie and Robert Jose and their father, Roland T. Brancheau; three brothers and their wives, Dean and Audean Harney of Benton, Kenneth and Vanine Harney of California, Danny and Becky DeClerk of North Little Rock; two grandchildren, Trevor and Raquel Brancheau; and many more relatives and friends. She has bravely battled breast cancer since her first diagnosis in 1989. We are all so proud of her strength. A very special Thank You to everyone at UAMS Medical Center and Hospice Home Care who made Miss Ruby feel special. Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M, Monday, August 9 in the Chapel of Moores Jacksonville Funeral Home with Reverend Paul McClung officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be 2 4 P.M, Sunday, August 8 at Moores Jacksonville Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Cancer Research Center at UAMS in Little Rock.
