PLATTSBURGH - Inez Edith Lashway, 96, formerly of Chazy,died on Sunday, May 10, 1987,at the Clinton County Nursing Home.
She was born in Chazy on Feb.13, 1891, the daughter of Orson and Hannah (White) Fisher.
She was a member of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Chazy and a member of the Altar Rosary Society.
Survivors include three sisters,Mrs. Harriet Trombley of Beekmantown, Mrs. Grace Abare and Mrs. Anna DeBernardi,both of Sebring, Fla.;
eight nieces, 14 nephews and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
Her first husband, Raymond Warren, died in 1943. Her second husband, Peter Lashway,died in 1959. She is also predeceased by a son, Arthur Warren, who died in 1933, and two brothers and one sister
Calling hours will be today from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home. The funeral will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church,Chazy. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
