DEE CLARK CALLISON Dee Callison, age 68, passed away on December 10, 2010 at home in Washougal. He was born on March 15, 1942 in Vancouver, WA to Dougal and Vera Callison. Dee was raised in the Camas/Washougal area and shortly after high school he began working for the paper mill. Most of the 45 years he spent working at the mill was as a fireman in the Lime Kiln. Dee married Sherri Bennett in 1984 and they made their home in Washougal. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and riding ATV's. He is survived by his wife, Sherri at home; sons, Steven Callison of Washougal, Al & Jan Callison of Washougal and granddaughter, Carissa Callison of Washougal. An open house will be held on Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 1-4pm at Dee's home. Straub's Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of the arrangements.
