"Marriage between Lemuel C GREER, who is under the age of 21 and Adeline L Maness, who is under the age of 18.
E.GREER, father of said Lemuel C personally & gave his assent to said marriage. And A.L. Maniss, father of said Adeline L. personally appeared & gave his assent to said marriage." "Witnessed, at my office in Sedalia, the 21st day of February 1890."signed Justice of the Peace, C.C. Wood."

1) It appears from the census records that all of Lemuel and Adeline's family moved with them to Greeley. Opal-Lula-and the boys. 2nd) according to newspaper item Lemuel was crushed by his car and his leg had to be amputated, on Christmas Day. And then he died Dec. 29.
3) They had 5 children that reached adulthood: in the photo
