Robert Harold Bailey, 52, died at the Tuomey Hospital Wednesday afternoon after a brief illness.
Mr. Bailey was a member of Spring Hill Lodge No. 188, A.F.M.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Hattie Belle Gardner Bailey; three sons, Wayne and Wendell Bailey of Sumter and A1C R. Jerry Bailey of Charleston Air Force Base, Charleston; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R.B. Bailey; two granddaughters, Susan and Debra Bailey; and one nephew, Joe Bailey of Dalzell.
Funeral services were to be conducted from the Shelley-Brunson Funeral Home at 3 p.m. today by the Rev. John Compton, assisted by the Rev. Mr. Poston. Burial was to follow in the Sumter Cemetery with full Masonic rites.
