Joyce Jean Black, 87, of Florence, AL, passed away September 28, 2017 at Mitchell-Hollingsworth Nursing Home. Mrs. Black was a retired clerk at Culpepper’s Bakery and a member of Faith Church.
Mrs. Black is survived by her Sons, Samuel Steren Black and wife Denise and Charles Edward Black of Florence, Daughter, Kathy Black Akridge and husband Larry of Florence

Grandchildren, Samuel Lee Akridge, Stephen Caleb Akridge Celisa), and Leann Black
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward Black and her parents Roy Jackson “Jack” Horne and Grace Belew Horne.
