Allie Simpson

Allie N. Simpson, 69, of 171 Alexandria Avenue, Covington, died at 8 a.m. Wednesday at Speers Memorial Hospital following a two-week illness.

He was a retired employee of the American Tool & Die Co., Cincinnati. He was a member of the Ashland Avenue Baptist Church.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. William West, Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. William Conover and Mrs. John Brunner, both of Indianapolis, Ind.; and Mrs. Bruce Noller, St. Anthony, Idaho; four sons, Cecil Simpson, Ft. Mitchell; Staff Sergeant Emmett W., with the Army stationed in Germany; Raymond, Florence; and Eugene, Indianapolis.

Also a brother, Rev. E.W. Simpson, Covington; four sisters, Mrs. Cora Cooper, Covington; Mrs. Lula Highhouse, Elsmere; Mrs. Iva Utter, Burlington; and Mrs. Emma Ellison, Ft. Mitchell; 35 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Short Creek Baptist Church. Woodhead and Son Funeral Home is in charge.
