Survived by his wife, the former Evelyn Cappo of Baton Rouge; his father, Joe Donachricha of Fordoche; a son, Jack, Jr., Baton Rouge; 10 sisters, Mrs. Josephine Geordano, Mrs. Camile Pizzalato, Mrs. Lucy Genusa and Mrs. Rosa Genusa, all of Fordoche; Mrs. Lena Allatto of Tickfaw; Mrs. Mary Genuso of New Orleans; Mrs. Sadie Keele of Tennessee; Mrs. Jennie Martello and Mrs. Anna Mantagnino, both of baton Rouge and Mrs. Angela Gueho of New Roads; seven brothers, Anthony, Vincent, Grover and Peter Donachricha, all of Baton Rouge; Sam and George Donachricha, both of Fordoche, Michell Donachricha of New Roads and numerous nieces and nephews.
