MRS. BESWICK IS DEAD; LIVED IN COUTY 80 YEARS

MRS. FANNIE T. BESWICK, 83, a resident of Rock county for 80 years and the last surviving carter member of Janesville branch of the Woman's Foreign Missionary society of Cargill Methodist church, organized 59 years ago, died at 10 p.m. Wednesday (February 5, 1930) in her home, 314 North Jackson Street.

She was born in England October 26, 1846, and came Rock county with her parents when she was three years old. Miss Tarrant was married in this city in 1867 to JAMES BESWICK who died 14 years ago. She is survived by two sons, CLARK A. BESWICK, Delavan, and F. H. BESWICK, Madison.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Waley-Oveton funeral home with the Rev. R. Burton Sheppard, Methodist church, to officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery.
