Carolyn W. Goldsmith, 91, of Bella Vista, Ark., died Monday, April 23, 2007, at a local nursing home. She was born April 9, 1916, to Albert Arthur Wendland and Amalia Beutin Wendland.
She had lived in northwest Arkansas since Aug. 9, 1973, moving from Lakewood, Ohio. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Theodore's Episcopal Church in Bella Vista.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, William G. Goldsmith; and a brother, Orville F.W. Wendland.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Timothy W. Goldsmith and Nan Goldsmith; a stepdaughter, Patricia Cherry and her husband Robert Cherry; three grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 15, at St. Theodore's Episcopal Church in Bella Vista with Father Ken Parks.
Memorials may be made to St. Theodore's Episcopal Church.
Cremation arrangements are by Stockdale Funeral Services of Rogers, Ark.
