Ruby Doris Arnold, age 86, of Florence passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Visitation will be Monday, December 28, 11:00 AM-1:00 PM at Spry~Williams Funeral Home. The service will follow at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Henry Melton officiating. Interment will be at Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Gerald Scott, Wendell Hammond, Dave Bevis, Hayden Floyd, Josh Hammond, and Kevin Davis. Mrs. Arnold was of the Church of Christ faith. She was an active member of the YMCA of the Shoals and enjoyed yoga. She was also a participant in the Renaissance Faire and an active participant in Arts Alive. Her hobbies included gardening, bowling, painting, and playing cards. Preceding her in death was her husband, Jerry Arnold. Survivors include her significant other of 30 years, Jerry Reaves; step-son, David Arnold; step-daughter, Patti Arnold; siblings, Edgar Hammond (Jimmie), Kenneth Hammond (Gerlean),and Betty Scott (Rayburn); sister-in-Law: Evelyn Hammond. Numerous Nieces and Nephews and special niece, Janet Davis (Kevin); grand-niece, Andrea White; grand-nephew, Gerald Scott (Natalie); her special Babies, Sweetie Bird, Pretty Boy, Peanut, and Sassy Special Thanks to Dr. Mitchell and his staff for their love and care.

FLORENCE -- Ruby Doris Arnold, 86, died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2015. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Spry-Williams Funeral Home, Florence. The service will be 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Tri-Cities Memorial Gardens.
