REUBENS PIONEER SUCCUMBS AT 80
George Heuett, 80, a retired farmer and resident of the Reubens area for much of his life, died at 1 p.m. yesterday at the Orchards Nursing Home of infirmities of age.
He was born July 22, 1884, in Missouri and grew up to maturity there. He moved to the Reubens area about 1900 and farmed there until his retirement about 1949.
He married Lena Olive Marquam at Culdesac in 1909. She died in 1941. Since his retirement he had lived at Lewiston and at Harrison with his son, Orlie.
He was a member of the Methodist Church.
Other survivors include two sons, Norman, Orofino, and Clinton, Moses Lake, Wash.; four daughters, Mrs. Pearl Robison, Kennewick, Mrs. Marion Chilton and Mrs. Virginia Macoy, both of Tacoma, and Mrs. Hazel Beyer, Deary; two brothers, Marvin (June), Culdesac, and Guy, Addy., and 25 grandchildren.
The body is at Brower-Wann Chapel, with arrangements pending.

FUNERAL HELD FOR GEORGE HEUETT - The funeral for George Isaac Heuett, 80, retired Reubens area farmer who died at Lewiston, Monday, was held at 1 p.m. at Brower-Wann Chapel. The Rev. James Kole, pastor of the Lapwai Church of God, officiated.
Pallbearers were Claude Lacey, Lewiston, and Daniel Marshall, Jack Jurgens, Lester Kerlee, Leslie Herndon, and Neil Litchfield, all Reubens. Burial was at the city cemetery at Reubens.
