Frank was the oldest child and he had 3 brothers; Boyd Rolan, Fred Gordon, and Heath Allen, and 5 sisters; Lois Marie, Helen Agnes, Ruth Abigail, Merrie Madge, and Norma Ione. He married Clara Cornelia Clark 15 Sep 1917 at Rogers, Benton, Arkansas. They had one child, a son, Frank Rex Moffatt Jr.
