He was born in Colver, son of Lewis L. Belin Sr. and the late Anna (Pellegrino) Belin.
Surviving are his father; two children: Lisa Daffron and Michael, both of Largo; a grandson, Brandon Daffron of Largo; a sister, Janet Rickabaugh of Altoona; a niece, Theresa Rickabaugh of Altoona; a nephew, Fred Rickabaugh of Altoona; a great-nephew, Matthew Rickabaugh (Niki) of Altoona; his loving companion, Gerry Aaron of Inverness, Fla.; and his ex-wife, Carol Belin in Florida.
He was preceded in death by a son, Lewis Belin III.
Buddy loved model cars, car shows and playing cards with his family in Altoona.
There will be no viewing. Local arrangements will be by E. Merrill Smith Funeral Home Inc., 2309 Broad Ave., Altoona. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Altoona.
