BOWLING GREEN -- Clifford Lowmaster, 240 S. summit St., 72, died at 5:30 a.m. today in Wood County Hospital. Mr. Lowmaster, a reired H. J. Heinz plant employee and farmer, was hospitalized a week but had been in failing health for some time.
He was born in McClure, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Lowmaser (Abigail Parker), but was reared in Weston. He married Miss Pearl Morehouse, in Milton Center, March 23, 1913. They have lived in Bowling Green ever since with the exception of 12 years spent farming near Bradner after his retirement. A year ago they moved back.
Mr. Lowmaster was a member of the Milton Center Odd Fellow and Rebeka Lodges and Trinity EUB Church, of Bowling Green.
Surviving with Mrs. Lowmaster are a daughter, Mrs. Julianne Hott and two grandchildren, of Bowling Green. Two sisters died earlier.
The body is in the Loomis Funeral home, Weston, but funeral arrangements are incomplete.
