Troy was born in Chicago, IL on Aug 7th, 1937. He was a veteran of the Navy and graduated as an M.D. from Howard University. Troy was a very well spoken gentleman, and dedicated himself to helping others. He loved to talk to anyone, and was a joy to be around.Our beloved husband, father, and brother passed away unexpectedly Jan 21st, 2011, and will be dearly missed, but never forgotten. Born to Mary Lou and Troy Gill, and survived by his wife Rosario Gill, his sons Omari and Troy Jr., his daughters Eunice Young, Mary Gill, grandson Antonio and stepdaughter Giuliana Irizarry, and his brothers Stanley, Marvin, and Norbert. We love you Troy, your in our thoughts and prayers. Memorial Service will be held Feb 4th, 7 p.m. at Saint Vincent de Paul Church, 1375 East Spring Lane (5000 S.)
