Mrs. Elizabeth Reidy, 89, of Route 1, Reedsville, Town of Morrison, died
unexpectedly Wednesday afternoon, July 22, at Bornemann Nursing Home, Green
Bay.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Reedsville Funeral Home and
11 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Maple Grove. The Rev. David Pleier
will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Mrs. Reidy, nee Elizabeth Cohan, was born April 7, 1892, in the Town of
Franklin, daughter of the late John and Margaret Rolland Cohan. She attended
schools in Reedsville and County Normal Teacher's College and was a school
teacher in the Town of Franklin and Reedsville area. She was married to
Jeremiah Reidy Nov. 11, 1915, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Maple Grove. He
preceded her in death in 1959. Mrs. Reidy was a charter member of St. Patrick
Altar Society.

Survivors include four sons and a daughter-in-law, Jerome and Peggy Reidy at
Brillion, Martin and Charles Reidy at home and Patrick Reidy of Ladysmith;
three daughters and sons-in-law, Anastasia and Raymond Stedl of Route 2, Cato,
Margaret and Howard Clumpner of East Hazel Crest, Ill., and Betty and Bernard
Fronk of Two Rivers; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Edward and Olive Cohan
and Clarence and Mary Cohan of Green Bay and Melvin Cohan of Route 1, Reedsville,
and Lucy Cohan of Denmark, 28 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren. Two
daughters, Clara Teresa and Rosemary; a grandchild and a great grandchild preceded
her in death.

Friends may call at Reedsville Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Friday and Saturday until
the time of service. A parish vigil will be 8 p.m. Friday followed at 8:30 p.m.
by St. Patrick Altar Society Rosary.

Mrs. Elizabeth Reidy was also preceded in death by two brothers, William Cohan
and Charles Cohan, and two sisters, Mrs. William (Margaret) Moser, and Mary
Cohan who were inadvertently omitted in Thursday's obituary.
