Fla., where throughout school he loved baseball. He had a promising future until an injury limited his game to "just for fun." He loved all sports, though his love for the ocean surpassed all. Sand games with his son, to surfing waves,
he was at peace. He was a loving father, with interest in cooking, music, and dance and loved animals. All combined with a great sense of humor. A lovable, sweet man to those who loved him. Preceded in death by grandparents, Dr. A.H.
Snell and Ethelyn T. Snell of Kingston, and Great Aunt Dora S. Davidson of Oak Ridge. Brent was survived by his son, Brent Ashley Bowman, Jr., age 4, of Florida; mother, Lynn H. Bowman of Oak Ridge; "Big Sis" Lori Sabae of Knoxville;
grandfather, Verner Anderson of Oak Ridge; wife, Mellisa Bowman; brother, Alex Patton; sisters, Lisa, Tracie, and Sherri; and father, Jerry Bowman. There will be a private family memorial on Brent's favorite beach. In the memory of
Brent, the family requests donations be made in his name to your local wildlife rescue, dog rescue, zoo, or women's charity of choice. He loved animals, but really loved women, the fairer of the sexes. Martin's Funeral Home is in
charge of the arrangements.
