ROBERT COOK, 85, DIES AT CALLWAY HOSPITAL THURSDAY
Robert W. Cook, 85 of 716 Walnut Street died Thursday night about 9 o'clock Thursday after he was admitted to the Callaway Hospital.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday morning at 11 o'clock at Callaway Memorial Gardens Cemetary. The Rev. A. O Hallam will officiate. The body will lie in state at the Maupin Funeral Home.
Mr. Cook was born on March 13, 1870, in Indianapolis, Ind. the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Miles Oliver Cook. His wife preceded him in death.
He had made his home with his half-brother, Homer Cook for the past 26 years. Mr. Cook had been a farmer most of his life.
Besides his half-brother, he is survived by a half-sister, Mrs. Elsie Shinn of Sand Springs, Okla.
