Services for Kellie Autumn Jones, 22, of Lufkin, were held Tuesday, May 13, 2003 in the St. Cyprian's Episcopal Church with burial in the Garden of Memories Memorial Park.
Miss Jones was born Oct. 16, 1980 and died Thursday, May 8, 2003 from injuries sustained in a automobile accident near Destin, Fla. She had just finisher her junior year at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, where she was a marketing major and member of Zeta Tau Alph. She graduated from Lufkin High School in 1999. She was a lieutenant in the drill team, a member of National Honor
Society, homecoming nominee and voted class favorite each year. She was a youth counselor for church camp and was an acolyte for years at St. Cyprian's Episcopal Church.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Bob "Big Daddy" McDonald, in 1986
