Joe was born in Dayton May 7, 1946, was an electrician with the City of Dayton (Division of Property Management), previous owner of Dayton Sound Service & an active member of St. Agnes Parish. Preceded in death by his mother Blanche Stafford Framme, in 1983. Survived by his wife, Marjorie (Burcsu); father, Richard Joseph Framme of Dayton; 3 sisters & brothers-in-law, Roxanne & Carl Hemmelgarn of Dayton, Annette & Jon Sincock of Torrance, CA.; brother & sister-in-law, John Richard & Cyndi Framme of Irvine, CA.; nephews & nieces, Ted & Elaine Hemmelgarn, Elizabeth Daniels, Katheryn Hemmelgarn, J.R. & Alicia Sincock and Theresa & Eric Burcsu; several aunts, uncles & cousins & numerous friends, neighbors & parishioners who all provided comfort and support during his illness. Prayers 9:45 A.M. Thursday at the George C. Martin Funeral Home, Northridge Chapel, 5040 Frederick Pike, with Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 A.M. at St. Agnes Church. Father Dave Lemkuhl officiating, assisted by Nymphia Clark, St. Agnes Parish Coordinator. Internment Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends 4-8 P.M. Wednesday, with prayer service at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
