He served in the Army during the Korean War.
Raleigh enjoyed spending time with his family and friends around the card table. He loved the outdoors trapping, hunting and most of all fishing. Raleigh was a member of the Honey Creek Rod and Gun Club, Sauk Prairie Community Club and National Turkey Federation.
He is survived by his daughter and her husband, three grandchildren, a sister and her husband, a brother and his wife, two nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services were held at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Sauk City. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Loretto Cemetery.
