Roy Eugene Davis March 10, 1928 - January 26, 2011 Roy was born in Piedmont, Missouri, son of Thomas and Georgia, the seventh of eight children. Roy passed away peacefully in Selma, CA, at the age of 82. In 1962, he and his wife, Wilma, moved to California and made Bakersfield their home until 2001, when they moved to Kingsburg, CA. Roy was in the printing business for 46 years. He had been active with the Masonic Lodge and became a 33? Mason, receiving his Red Cap in 1997, and became a 32? Mason and received his Blue Cap in 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents and six of his siblings. He is survived by his wife, Wilma of 60 1/2 years; his son, Butch and wife, Melissa of Bakersfield; daughter, Susan and husband, Randy of Kingsburg; five grandchildren and their spouses; nine great-grandchildren; and sister, Bonnie of Illinois. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. at Greenlawn Southwest Memorial Park, 2739 Panama Lane.
