Plan Last Rites For Victim of Drowning Tuesday
Howards Grove—The funeral of Harold Witthuhn, 10 years old, who was drowned
Saturday morning in the Pigeon river near Edwards, Town Meeme, will be held
at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the alter Ahrens Funeral Home and at 2 o’clock at St.
Johannes church at Schwartzwald, The Rev. Fred Mohme will officiate and
interment will be in the church cemetery.
Harold was born on September 1, 1921. He attended the Taylor school in town
Meeme. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernst Witthuhn.
Pallbearers tomorrow will be (names omitted for privacy).
