WELL KNOWN MEEME FARMER DEAD, AGED 56
August Muetzelburg, a well known farmer of Meeme for forty years,
died at his home at the age of 56 years.
Mr. Muetzelburg was born in Germany, and at the age of 16 emigrated
to this country, settling almost immediately on a homestead he bought
at the time in section 35 in town of Meeme. He found the country in
the township only partly cleared, and in addition to erecting his own
home, cleared practically all of his own land. Six years after his
arrival he was married to Miss Mary Kolb, who with nine children
survives him.
The funeral was held today.
