Theodore H. Meyer, 74, of 1002 Bell Ave., a retired Manitowoc county farmer, died Saturday afternoon after being stricken with an apparent heart attack. He was born Oct. 16, 1895 in the town of Meeme (Manitowoc County), a son of the late John and Bertha Meyer and attended the Pigeon River district school. He was baptized and confirmed in St. John's United Church of Christ in the Town of Herman.
On June 16, 1921, he was married to Laura Olm of the Town of Meeme in St. John's Church, and the couple settled on the Meyer homestead farm. He died in November, 1956. Mr. Meyer moved to Sheboygan in 1961 and lived with his sister, Mrs. Emma Blanke. He was a member of St. John's Church, the Senior Citizen's Club, and the Friendship Club of Sheboygan. He was a former board member of the Pigeon River School and a former director of the Ada fire department.
Survivors include two sons, Merlin, of Howards Grove, and Donald of Sheboygan Falls; six grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Blanke. He was preceded in death by his wife; three sisters, and two brothers.
