Thomas John Meyer, 29, son of Mr. and Mrs. Delmar Meyer, R.J. Plymouth, died at University Hospital, Madison, early today, following a lengthy illness.
He was born Dec. 6, 1947, in Sheboygan, a son of Delmar and Myrtle Dickman Meyer.
Surviving in addition to his parents are one sister, Mrs. Thomas Grupe of R. I., Elkhart Lake; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Wilma Meyer of Sheboygan, and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Ziegler of rural Newton. He was preceded in death by one brother.
Private family funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Walter H. Ahrens Funeral Home, Howards Grove, with the Rev. Dean Roy Miller, pastor of St. John United Church of Christ, Schwartzwald, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
