The son of Samuel Millikan. His 1st marriage was to Jane White. He married Hannah Rowan on June 19, 1759. His 3rd marriage was to Jane Rowan. His religion was Quaker.
I have found in several records that his middle name was Israel, but there has been concern that it isn't. I will continue to do more research and find out for sure. MPK
