Thomas Leroy "Phil" Phillips age 95 of Denton passed away Friday January 28, 2011 at his residence. He was born February 19, 1915 in Aubrey, Texas to Thomas Lee and Florence Alma (Barr) Phillips. He married Ednamaye Cambron in 1937 in Iowa Park, Texas. They had one daughter Terry Ann (Phillips) Stumbaugh. Ednamaye passed away February 8, 1985. Terry Ann passed away September 19, 1993. Phil was a Flight Dispatcher for Pan Am Airways before his retirement.

He is survived by his granddaughter Michelle McIntosh and great-grandchildren Taylor and David of Arlington as well as his grandson Michael Stumbaugh also of Arlington.

Graveside Service will be 1:00 pm Monday January 31, 2011 at the Electra Memorial Cemetery in Electra, Texas. Visitation will be 4 to 6 pm Sunday January 29, 2011 at the Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Denton. The Rev. Bob Lee of Electra will conduct the Graveside Service.
