Married: 21st May, 1955 to Ardelle Manz in St.Nazianz.
Lifelong resident of the Town of Liberty. He was employed at the Manitowoc Shipbuilding Company and he also farmed in the Town of Liberty.
Children: Peter, Peggy and Jane.
Sister: Marian Rusch. His brother George, preceded him.

Arthur J. Wiesner, age 83, formerly of 9425 Pigeon Lake Road, Valders, died Monday evening, April 21, 2003 at Willowdale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, New Holstein.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 25, 2003 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be the Rev. Gregory Coulthard with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
Arthur was born Dec. 27, 1919 in Sheboygan, son of the late George and Theresa Theis Wiesner. On May 21, 1955 he married the former Ardelle Manz in St. Nazianz. She preceded him in death on March 10, 1984. Arthur was a lifelong resident of the town of Liberty and the former town of Liberty constable. He was employed at the Manitowoc Shipbuilding Company and also farmed in the town of Liberty. Arthur was a member of the Pigeon Lake Sportsmen's Cub and Boilermakers Union-Shipbuilding.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law: Peter (Terry) Wiesner, rural Valders; two daughters and one son-in-law: Peggy (Jerry) Lenz, rural Valders; Jane Wisner, rural Kiel; five grandchildren: Melissa and Andy Wiesner; Brandy (Bob) Wallander; Jon Lenz; Tony Wiesner; one sister: Marion Rusch, Random Lake; two sisters-in-law: Bernice Wiesner, New London; and Monica Manz, Kiel. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Arthur was also preceded in death by one brother.
The family will greet relatives and friends from 5 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2003 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, School Hill, and again on Friday, April 25, 2003 from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11 a.m.
The Christianson-Deja Funeral Home and Cremation Care Center, Valders, is assisting the Wiesner family with funeral arrangements.
