Evelyn L. Benhart lifelong resident of Mount Prospect The visitation for Evelyn L. Benhart will be from 8:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 100 S. School St., Mount Prospect. Interment will be in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, 1100 S. Linneman Road, Mount Prospect. Born Oct. 24, 1930, in Mount Prospect, she passed away Sunday, Jan. 23, 2011, at Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. Evelyn was a member of the 50's Plus at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palatine. She had maintained a close relationship with her friends from Arlington High School, and was a longtime member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. She was the beloved wife of the late Milo L. Benhart; loving mother of Joanne (Glenn) Kroll, Gary (Wanda) Benhart and James Benhart; cherished grandmother of Steven, Sarah and Kevin Kroll, and Kyle and Clint Benhart; and devoted sister of Harvey (Barbara) Moellenkamp and Arlene (Earl) Meeske. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church. Arrangements were made by Friedrichs Funeral Home, Mount Prospect.
