Finch, Joseph I.--Age, 27 years. Enlisted, August 21, 1862, at Bolivar, to serve three years; mustered in as private, Co. A, September 26, 1862; transferred to Forty-ninth Company, Second Battalion, Veteran Reserve Corps. September 16, 1863; promoted corporal, March 1, 1865; mustered out with detachment, June 26, 1865, at Washington, D.C.

She died between 1900 and 1906 and may be buried in Bolivar, NY. She was alive in 1900 census and Joseph was a widower in 1906 when he was admitted to Bath Veteran's Home.
