Mr. Phillip David Morgan Sr., 31, died Friday morning in an auto accident in the Orlando, Fla. area.
He was a native of Clinch County but resided in Ware County most of his life. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator with McDaniel Grading Co.
He is survived by his wife Cheryl Towne Morgan, Orland; one son Phillip David Morgan Jr. of Orlando; a daughter, Amber Denise Morgan of Nahunta; a step-daughter, Melody Mercer of Orlando; his father and mother, Talmadge and Corrine Morgan of Waycross; a grandmother, Nora Faye Nelson of Waycross; two sisters, Tammie Lee Veitenheimer of Cumberland, Tenn. an Shiley Oliver of Waresboro; and several other relatives.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Music Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in the Hargraves Cemetery.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 o'clock at the funeral home.
