John Luther O'Pry, 60, of Dawson passed away Sunday, Sept. 5, 1999 at home.
Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Board Tree Cemetery in Navarro County.
Mr. O'Pry was born Jan. 7, 1939 in Groesbeck. He was self-employed and a member of the Baptist denomination. He had lived in Dawson for the past 20 years.
He is survived by two sons, John O'Pry II and Roy O'Pry, both of Dawson; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Michael Gregory of Dawson; four brothers; five sisters; and eight grandchildren.
