C C, "Lummy", "Lum", (as he was affectionately called)Jackson was the son of Richard Commodore Perry "Dick" & Mary Francis "Fannie" (Harris) Jackson of Sutton, West Virginia, Braxton County. His first wife, who is unknown to us, ( Helen maybe) but was told that she was from Sutton, West Virginia too. To this union was born a son (whom we believe his name to be Raymond). She & the baby boy both died in childbirth. He & Grandpa Jackson first wife, wed on February 22, 1919. This marriage and their death & burial are to have occurred around Braxton County, Sutton, West Virginia. C C Jackson then wed Luella "Lue" Caire' on November 11, 1923 at Mountain Top, Arkansas in Franklin County. To this union they were blessed with seven children, Wayne Edward, Virginia Lee "Vergie", Earl Columbus "Cattie", Wanda Ann, George Washington "Isom", Billy Cecil "Yod" and Ada Bea Jackson.
