Mrs. Annie Collins Shanks, 93, of Maplesville died Tuesday in the Prattville Nursing Home after a long illness. Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock at Lawrence Chapel with the Rev. T.J. Pedigo, minister of the Casey Church of Christ officiating. Burial was in the Casey Church of Christ Cemetery. As for her birthdate, She's in the 1880 census as a 3-year old. 1900 Census gives birthdate of July 1877. Obit would suggest an 1875 birth year.
