Jacksonville, Fla., November 14.--Dr. Lorenzo D. HUSTON, a native of Cincinnati, O., died at Daytona, this State, on Friday last. Deceased was educated at Woodward College, being a classmate of Hon. George H. PENDLETON. He was in the ministry for some years. At one time he edited the Christian Advocate, at Nashville. He was well known in educational circles, also, in this State. He was Superintendent of the Board of Public instruction for some time, and held a number of other responsible public offices.
