Former Resident Dies

Services are pending at the McBratney-Alden chapel (sic) for Grace Choate, 84, a former Boise resident, who died yesterday at Roseville, Calif.
Mrs. Choate was born in Iowa and was married to Melvin Choate, at Riverton, Nebr., Aug 12, 1903. They lived at Hawk Springs, Wyo., before coming to Idaho in 1936. They lived on Liberty road (sic) in Boise for a number of years. Mrs. Choate moved to Roseville after Mr. Choate's death in 1955.
She is survived by one son, Alton Choate, Hawk Springs; four daughters, Mrs. Alice Elmer, Boise; Mrs. Ruth Cook, Roseville; Mrs. Mildred Cassel, Baker, Ore.; and Mrs. Ethel Marlatt, Shoshoni, Wyo.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
