Funeral services for Mrs.Raymond(Myrtle M.) Grubb will be at the Dawson & Wikoff funeral home. Burial will be in Fairlawn cemetery.
Mrs.Grubb, 77, died at 7:25 am Monday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. L. Y. Turk, 1235 E. Pershing Road. She was born March 11, 1889, in Decatur, the daughter of A. S. and Dora Cavanaugh Garver.
Mrs. Grubb operated a beauty shop in her home at 1616 E. Cantrell st.for 25 years before retiring in 1944.
She married Raymond Grubb June 5, 1909 in Bloomington. He died Sept. 6, 1965. He had been a plumber in Decatur for 50 years.
Besides her daughter, she leaves two grandsons and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.
