HINCKLEY – Jarrell Theobald, age 55, died September 24, 1996 at Indio, California. He was born March 21 1941 at Hinckley, Utah to Alton and Irene Jorgensen Theobald.

Jarrell was educated in Hinckley, and later moved to Blyth, California to avoid the cold which he could not tolerate. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, bike riding, traveling, and sight seeing with Utah being his favorite scenic place. His greatest passion was his genealogy work. He was very family oriented and was proud of his lineage.

Jarrell is survived by brothers: Leo Theobald, Charley Theobald, Deloy Theobald and Devon Theobald, all of Las Vegas, Nevada; Ed Theobald and Tom Theobald, both Hinckley; and Sisters: Mary Irby and LaRae Peterson, both Las Vegas, Nevada; Mrs. Don (Wyla) Carlisle, Thilda Remington, Mrs. Fenton (Ione) DeMills, Lena Busey, Mrs. Max (Sue) Scheiss, all Salt Lake City, Utah.

Graveside services were held Tuesday October 1, 1996 at 11:00 AM in the Hinckley Cemetery. Friends called Monday from 7-8 PM at the Nickle Mortuary. Burial was in the Hinckley Cemetery under the direction of the Nickle Mortuary.
