Mr. Isaac J. Pyles, of Barnesville, Montgomery county, and Miss Lucinda R. Heffner, of this city, were married at 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon at the residence of Dr. George Diehl, West Church street, Dr. Diehl officiating. Mr. John E. Buckey, of Frederick, acted as best man and the bride was attended by her sister. After the ceremony the happy couple left on the 4.10 train. P. R. R., on a wedding tour. They will reside in Barnesville.

Mrs. Rebecca Pyles, widow of Isaac Pyles, died yesterday at the home of a friend at Clarksburg, Montgomery county. She was stricken in the yard near the house and died instantly. Heart failure is given as the cause of death. Mrs. Pyles was about 55 years old. She was before her marriage a Miss Heffner and a life-long resident of that county.
