Lane, Andrew Patrick On November 12, 1992, God sent a special Angel down to earth. Andrew Patrick Lane, came into the world weighing less than two pounds and began teaching the world how sacred life is. All odds stacked against him, Andrews' life proceeded at his own special pace. His first birthday; his first steps; his first day of school; his first "I love you's"; and his first little league game. Andrew's contagious spirit has touched the lives of hundreds of people. He is the ultimate brother, son, friend and hero. Andrew was a true example of Jesus' love. His smile and hugs touched everyone's hearts. All this from a child who could barely speak! Only 17 years old, on Thursday, April 15, 2010 Andrew got his wings. Free from his leg braces and challenges here on earth, Andrew is now playing baseball in heaven. Andrew gave us such a gift of self all his life and he did it more so in death. Despite his severe medical problems he became an organ donor. EVERY organ Andrew donated was accepted! Among other things, the doctor said; "his heart was perfect". Andrew is survived by his parents, Mike and Mary Williams and Kevin Lane; his siblings, Melissa, Allison, Daniel and Shannon; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
