Son of the late Gene and Carrie Ivie Adkison. He was a ordained minister of the Assembly of God Churches and a member of the Arkansas District Council of Assembly of God Church. Preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Adkison.
Survived by a son and daughter-in-law, a daughter and son-in-law, a brother, four grandsons, a step grandson and three step great grandchildren.
Service was January 8, 2002 at the First Assembly of God Church in Dardanelle with Rev. James Lowe officiating. Interment was in Brearley Cemetery by Cornwell Funeral Home of Dardanelle, AR.
