James A. Mullen

James A. Mullen, 90 years old, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Frank Baker, at Los Angeles, following a lingering illness. Mr. Mullen came to Lexington when 30 years old and established a photography establishment at 311 West Main street, which he sold to Mr. F. J. Spengler. The body will be forwarded to Cincinnati for cremation.

James A. Mullen

James A. Mullen, 90 years old, for many years a leading photographer of Lexington, but who for several years had been making his home with his daughter, Mrs. Frank Baker, in Los Angeles, Cal., is dead in the latter city following a brief illness.
He came to Lexington before the civil war, when about 30 years old, and established a photographic and art studio, and for many years he was regarded as the leading photographer of Fayette county.
His body will be sent to Cincinnati for cremation, in accordance with his request.
