Mrs. Pearl A. McWhirter, age 92, of Princeton, Texas passed away March 15, 2005, in Gunter, Texas. She was born on May 14, 1912, to Willie D. and Zilla Addington. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Murphy, Texas. She is survived by her daughter, Patsy Lewis and husband, Kenneth of Princeton; and sisters, Mary Nickerson of Dallas, Texas and Zeta Thompson of Garland, Texas. She was preceded in death by her grandson, David Donihoo; husband, J.O. McWhirter; brothers, Raymond Addington, Ross Addington and Ernest Addington; and sisters, Geneva Fletcher and Doris Carter. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 17, 2005, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Darrell Coats officiating.
