Religious services at 2 p.m. Monday at Newellton Union Church, conducted by the Rev. Danny Cannon and the Rev. A. D. Foster. Burial in Legion Memorial Cemetery, Newellton.

Survived by his wife, Mrs. E. B. Black; a son, Kelly Black, Baton Rouge; a daughter, Mrs. LaDean Dunbar, Amarillo, Texas; four brothers, Verlan Black, Newellton, Kelly Black, McCool, Miss., Leland Black, Cleveland, Tenn., and Milton Black, Houston, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Mildred McClure, Ackerman, Miss., and Mrs. Beatrice Cummings, Lynchburg, Tenn.

Crothers Funeral Home, Tallulah, in charge of arrangements.
