Still do not have proof if his burial here, however, according to one of his grand-daughters who attended the funeral, he is buried behind one of his first 2 wives.

Married Martha A.E. Miles, daughter of John Wesley Miles and Josephine Tuten and who died a few days after giving birth to her only child, James Miles Thomas (Memorial #35888852). Then married Amanda Magdalene Carter, daughter of Isham Carter and Mary Miles and cousin to his first wife Martha. No copy of this marriage license has been located yet. He next married Unity Medders Deen, daughter of John Smith Medders and Mary Altman Medders, who was married first to James Robert Deen (1890). They separated after several years but no record of a divorce has been found.

GJ died at the home of his oldest son in Brunswick and is buried in an unmarked grave behind his first 2 wives.
