Jaydell "Jess" Tingey Trimble
Jay Trimble , a former Bountiful, Utah resident, died March 27, 1997, at his home in Dillon. Cremation has taken place and graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday, April 4, at the Centerville Cemetery in Centerville, Utah.
He was born Dec. 4, 1932, in Centerville, the son of John A. and and Edna Trimble . He attended schools in Davis County, Utah, until he joined the Navy Seabees. During his tour of duty, he served in the Philippines and Japan.
He lived in Bountiful for 35 years and hauled for Montana Brand Produce. He retired in 1994 to enjoy time with his children and grandchildren boating, hunting, fishing and bowling.
Survivors include his son, Steve Trimble , wife Tonya and two grandchildren, Brandon and Tanner Trimble of Vancouver, Washington; son, Casey Trimble , 15; twin daughters, Kami and Kelli Trimble , 10; daughter, Stacy Trimble , 6, of Dillon; sisters, Wanda Tippetts, Hurricane, Utah; Leone Williams, Palm Desert, Calif.; Gayle Conners, Salt Lake City, Utah; brother, Brent Trimble , Langley, Washington.
In lieu of flowers, memorial can be sent to an account that has been established for the benefit of Jay's four children at Norwest Bank, Jay Trimble Trust Fund, Box 1127, Dillon, MT 59725.
